All product photos are taken of the original products that will be shipped to you. We guarantee that you will only receive genuine products from the brand owners. If you feel that you have not received a genuine product, please raise a return request and we will process your returns immediately.
You can access and manage your orders from your Account Dashboard, including your sales receipt, order tracking and profile update.
In the unfortunate event that you would like to return your product in accordance with our return policy, you may raise a return request from your Account Dashboard. All returns will be processed immediately.
If any item in our shop goes “out of stock”, we will re-stock these items as soon as they become available from respective brand owners, which will typically be within 7 days unless specified. Some items can also be backordered, which will be indicated on respective product pages.
Currently, we only ship to Malaysia. All orders will be shipped by our preferred courier with expedited shipping.
