We strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed, except for products on backorder. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated carrier, Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business day(s) if they are placed before 12 noon, Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery lead times are as follows:
- Peninsula Malaysia: 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
- Sabah / Sarawak: 5-7 working days for your order to arrive.
Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2-3 working days.
Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business day(s) if they are placed before 12 noon, Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, excluding public holidays.
You can access and manage your orders from your Account Dashboard, including your invoice/sales receipt, order tracking and profile update.
In the unfortunate event that you would like to return your product in accordance with our return policy, you may raise a return request from your Account Dashboard. All returns will be processed immediately.
Payment for all orders processed through our payment processing system will be verified and charged to your payment card immediately. Upon successful payment, your order payment transaction is deemed successful and we will start processing your order immediately.
You may save products that you like but are not ready to purchase yet to your Wishlist. You will also receive an email notification whenever products in your wishlist goes on sale. You can access your wishlist at any time through your Account Dashboard.
In the unfortunate event that you received a damaged or was sent the wrong product, please request for a return in your Account Dashboard. We will process your request immediately. Upon successful approval of your returns, which typically takes 2-3 days, you will be refunded the total order amount, including any shipping and delivery fees.
Unfortunately, you cannot change or cancel your order once payment has been made. However, if your order has not been shipped, you may request for a return and we will process your request accordingly. Your total order amount will be refunded to your payment card or bank account.
You may track the shipping status of your order at any time from your Account Dashboard.
